In 2022 we returned to the Tower and the land of the Four Kingdoms with our restoration of the classic Dark Tower. Return to Dark Tower has since become an award-winning game and a rich world we’ve continued to build on. We added new gameplay with Alliances and Covenant and now are excited to introduce the newest expansion: Expeditions.

Return to Dark Tower: Expeditions takes our heroes beyond the borders of the Four Kingdoms to exotic, distant lands with new challenges and new rewards. Greatness awaits if you’re willing to press your luck on dangerous paths. Each new land offers unique challenges and rewards. Heroes can spend movement to move the caravan along the web of paths, but there is a cost and risk! How far will you venture before you return to collect your rewards?
Explore the treacherous peaks of the Gasping Mountains, discover the accursed altars on the shores of the Inkstain Isles, meet the master craftsmen in the lotus workshops of the Brassbound League, or reap the limitless resources of the land from the ancient runic menhirs in the Umberwood.
Four new heroes hail from these distant lands – one each to the north, south, east and west. Become a master of terrain as the Jocular Druid, able even to twist the land beneath your feet. Captain your spectral ship and command her ghostly crew to do your bidding as the Grizzled Mariner. Apply quirky upgrades to turn your gear into the perfect tool for the job as the Clever Tinkerer. Or unlock your inner virtues as the Enlightened Ascetic.
Return to Dark Tower: Expeditions also features new gear, new interchangeable virtues, and the new Torments! This new expansion can be played with the base game or any previous expansion to customize your experience and level of challenge.
