Shipping

Orders placed on our site are communicated electronically to our warehouse for immediate handling and should go out for delivery within one week of the order.

Missing/Damaged Parts

While 99.9% of all games get to gamers in perfect conditions, a handful don’t. And we are proud to stand behind our games 100%. Therefore, if you ever have any problem with one of our games, please contact us, and we will replace the part at no charge.

Returns/Refunds

Products that are unopened and undamaged may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Contact us to obtain return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product and will be made in the same manner of the initial transaction if possible or, if not, by company check.
