SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping to the US and Canada.

Flat Rate US (includes AK/HI/PR): $10
Flat Rate Canada: $25

Some large/heavy items require a shipping surcharge (as noted on their product pages).

Large/Heavy Item Surcharge US (includes AK/HI/PR): $10
Large/Heady Item Surcharge Canada: $20

Some merchandise items charge and ship separately (as noted on their product page).

Orders placed on our site are communicated electronically to our warehouse for immediate handling and usually ship within one week of the order. If your order is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials and send an email with photos to help@restorationgames.com.

MISSING/DAMAGED PARTS

While 99.9% of all games get to gamers in perfect condition, a handful don’t. We are proud to stand behind our games. As items are shipped, some minor dings and cosmetic impacts sometimes happen. Therefore, if your game arrives damaged or missing parts, please fill out the replacement parts request form and we will replace the part at no charge. Please provide a photo of any damaged parts mentioned in your request. Parts for games that are out of print are in limited supply, and may not be available. Requests for parts involving out of print products are made on a case by case decision.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Games that are unopened and undamaged may be returned within 120 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Contact us to obtain return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product and will be refunded to the original payment method. Non-game merchandise may be returned for store credit.
