SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping to the US and Canada.
Orders placed on our site are communicated electronically to our warehouse for immediate handling and usually ship within one week of the order. If your order is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials and send an email with photos to help@restorationgames.com.
MISSING/DAMAGED PARTS
While 99.9% of all games get to gamers in perfect condition, a handful don’t. We are proud to stand behind our games. Therefore, if your game arrives damaged or missing parts, please fill out the replacement parts request form and we will replace the part at no charge. Parts for games that are out of print are in limited supply, and may not be available.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Games that are unopened and undamaged may be returned within 120 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Contact us to obtain return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product and will be refunded to the original payment method. Non-game merchandise may be returned for store credit.
